At Practical Completion we can organise a change of tenancy (COT), and put the gas supply into our name by organising a new contract with normal standing charges and lower gas rates. We would be responsible for setting the heat tariffs in an open and transparent way and be responsible for paying gas bills and tenant debts.

We have our own in-house engineering support team with over 10 engineers, repairing and maintaining metering systems, providing emergency call out services and servicing HIU’s in London. We can repair or install a replacement metering system and data collection system which is compliant and provides accurate consumption reads. Once we have a working system, we can commence billing residents direct on your behalf.
