How can we help you? (FAQ)

How can I ensure we will recover enough money to pay gas bills? 

We will work with you to help set tariff’s based on predicted thermal efficiency %, gas procurement and recovery levels. We will take into consideration other factors including phasing and occupation levels.

Can you take legal/CCJ action against non paying tenants?

Our hands on debt recovery service includes sending LBA’s, CCJ’s and disconnections. We find that the key to a successful service is clear communication with residents and taking prompt action before issues escalate.
