Ecoworld Ballymore commissioned Communal Energy Partners to provide a fully managed heat service for the whole site.
Ecoworld Ballymore sought CEP’s expertise to provide a fully managed heat service for the Wardian development during its phased handover and to support the client during the installation and commissioning of the metering system for the building. A comprehensive Guru based wireless solution for credit and PAYG metering had been implemented and was to be utilised for the services.
There was only a short timeline (3 months) to develop the overall service and systems integrations to allow billing to commence. NHG also wanted to provide a flexible service for moving between PAYG and credit billing while preventing arrears build-up.
For both the fully managed and PAYG services CEP worked closely with the Construction,M&E, Estate and NHG teams, to ensure the solutions could be leveraged to provide effective billing and PAYG services across a complex development with phased occupancy and different service types.
Ecoworld Ballymore are able to utilise CEP’s unique fully managed solution with customers benefitting from competitive monthly billing and heat rates with transparent pricing and a single point of contact for billing, metering and heating faults.
For NHG, a new tailored service was agreed, contracted and implemented within three months, which included processes to support the client and improve the customer experience.
