Communal Energy Partners is looking for a hard-working and reliable Heating/HIU/Plumber engineer who is self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative. This is a mobile position based in the London area, van and training will be provided
Role:
- - To work on high pressure/temperature installations in client properties
- - To service and repair HIU (Heat interface units) installations
- - To repair pipework and work on associated fixtures and fittings
- - To replace heat/ hot water/ chilling meters within the HIU / AHU
- - To deliver excellent customer service
- - Attend callouts when required
Experience/Qualifications:
- - 2 years minimum experience in breakdown/repair/maintenance on heating/boiler units
- - 2 years plumbing experience
- - Experience in unvented hot water systems
- - City & Guilds level 2 in plumbing and heating
- - Full UK driving license
Desirable
- - Gas safe certified
Contract type permanent. Salary £36,000 - £38,000
